The lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortable stay!!! The streetcar noise disturbed my sleep at night. The elevators were too small and outdated for a smooth experience!!!

Loved the classic vibe and spacious room! Comfy bed, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with choices for any palate—what a delight! It's pure charm, just begging for return visits.

But that air conditioning? More like a warm suggestion than actual cooling! I'd have preferred a personal fan instead of a hot breeze.

Great spot in Vienna!

This place was awesome! Super close to the metro and major sights like the Staatsoper. The breakfast had a lovely selection, especially the pastries. We tried the a la carte restaurant for dinner, and it was delightful. Just a heads-up, there’s only one elevator after climbing a few steps, so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage.

I loved the breakfast menu. it was delicious and well thought out, especially the options for marathon runners. the room was comfortable, making our stay feel like home.

The hotel provided umbrellas for free when it rained, which was such a thoughtful touch, and the service was top-notch, like when they quickly printed all the documents we needed. The only thing we wished for was a bit more modern WiFi security.

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, featuring a wide variety of fresh fruit and delicious pastries that never got boring, along with reliable Wi-Fi for streaming my favorite shows, and a convenient subway station nearby for easy access to popular attractions.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the cozy atmosphere while exploring the nearby Freuhausviertel district with my nephew. The rooms were pristine, and we loved the delicious breakfast spread that catered well to all our needs.

The breakfast spread was quite good, I mean they served some nice cheeses, pastries, even fruit, which was a pleasant start to our day. Also, the location was very convenient, just a short walk to important places, making our strolls enjoyable.
